Leroy’s Rooster Kabobs started with an empty boardwalk storefront, an idea involving rooster kabobs, and absolutely no money to make it happen.
The boardwalk location had to wait.
The shack in the woods did not.
From there, things got complicated.
The short version
Leroy has a restaurant, a menu, a growing reputation, and enough confidence to keep the whole thing moving.
Whether that makes Leroy’s a real restaurant is probably a question best left unanswered.
The important part
The food looks good.
The beer is cold.
The decisions remain questionable.
Coming to your town soon. Probably.
